Earth Water Company delivers water-saving solutions and efficiency projects for affordable housing and multifamily properties. As demand for its services grew, the company needed a consistent way to quantify and communicate water savings, operating cost reductions, and resulting impacts on net operating income (NOI) and asset value.
Without a centralized methodology, project evaluations and impact calculations were performed manually and often after project completion, creating inefficiencies and limiting the company's ability to consistently demonstrate value to customers and stakeholders.
