For over a decade, RE Tech has partnered with Principal Real Estate to grow and evolve its sustainability program, supporting a transition from foundational reporting to global sustainability leadership across a diversified real estate portfolio. With an expanding portfolio and a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, Principal needed a strategic partner to align its operations with international frameworks and Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory priorities.
