Lauren is an experienced sustainability strategist specializing in ESG reporting, disclosure, and communications for the commercial real estate sector. At RE Tech Advisors, she leads the Sustainability Reporting and Communications team, delivering services such as materiality assessments, GRESB and CDP reporting, compliance documentation, and investor disclosures that strengthen ESG strategy and demonstrate performance.
She collaborates across practice areas to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting decarbonization planning, physical risk assessments, and strategic communications that align climate goals with business objectives. Lauren’s expertise helps clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements and build programs that advance sustainability and long-term value.
Before joining RE Tech, Lauren founded Creosote Collaborative, El Paso’s first sustainability and urban planning consultancy, and led public-sector initiatives for the City of El Paso focused on education, program development, and community partnerships.
