Jonathan Suarez brings a strong background in data analytics and program management to the real estate advisory sector. He began his career in oil and gas, where he spent over a decade leading national teams and focusing on operational performance and service quality, before transitioning into sustainability-focused work.

As Senior Director, Jonathan supports a range of international clients, including institutional asset managers and property managers, helping them meet their performance and reporting goals through reliable data and clear measurement. He leads RE Tech’s data analytics and technology practice, which underpins our services.

Jonathan oversees the development and use of data tools that provide practical insight into portfolio performance, including the evaluation of new metrics within the Trove® platform to ensure companies have access to accurate, actionable information.
