Tema Goodspeed brings over a decade of ESG leadership to her role as Senior Director of Sustainability Programs at RE Tech. A key leader on the Client Success team, she serves as both strategic advisor and operational anchor to the account management group—ensuring that client priorities translate into tailored solutions and high-quality delivery. Tema oversees a portfolio of nearly 100 sustainability programs and leads a cross-functional team responsible for everything from emissions tracking to GRESB submissions—more than 500 to date. Her engineering and policy background enhances her ability to bridge technical rigor with client strategy, enabling real estate organizations to meet investor expectations, enhance performance, and report with confidence. At RE Tech, she is known for elevating service excellence and turning sustainability ambition into measurable results.
