Richmond succeeds Founder and outgoing President Deb Cloutier, who will continue her work at Legence as the Chief Innovation Officer, fostering innovation and driving organizational change across the enterprise.
Richmond brings more than two decades of leadership in sustainability, energy efficiency, and operational strategy to her new role as President. Over the past 12 years at RE Tech, she has led interdisciplinary teams in delivering award-winning client programs aligned with corporate sustainability goals, driving measurable energy reductions and tens of millions in avoided costs across diverse real estate portfolios, particularly in the hospitality sector.Most recently, as Executive Vice President, Richmond guided RE Tech through a period of significant transformation, including its acquisition by Legence and Blackstone. She was engaged in all aspects of the business during this period of growth and change, leading through M&A integrations and aligning operations, finance, and team infrastructure with the firm’s evolving strategic vision.
