Berkshire Residential: 2019-2020 ESG Report
The Assignment
- Berkshire Residential Investments wanted to create their first ever environmental, social, and governance (ESG) report.
- The goal was to educate and engage stakeholders about the BerkshireTHRIVE ESG initiative, share progress completed to date, quantify performance, and discuss their vision for next steps.
The Solution
- RE Tech collaborated with the Berkshire team to capture their vision for the report, build out desired content, and identify compelling ways to share program polices, progress, and performance.
- RE Tech took special care to ensure the report aligned with Berkshire’s approachable culture, polished marketing materials, and brand-specific guidelines by working closely with their team to hand select photos, craft language, select desired colors and fonts, and create unique visual aspects for each page of the report.
- The end result was report that Berkshire was proud to display on their corporate website and share with investors and residents alike.
