- A pioneer in ESG and sustainable real estate, Brandywine sought to demonstrate their leadership through a comprehensive, GRI aligned, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) report.
- Goal was to effectively tell their story, emphasizing graphics, minimizing text, and highlighting data while staying true to the Brandywine brand.
The Solution
- RE Tech collaborated with the Brandywine team throughout the entire process of content development and graphic design, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- We incorporated their company’s pillars of Quality, Innovation, Community, and Integrity to layout the format of the report while telling the story through the lens of “The Brandywine Difference.”
- Building on an existing template, RE Tech created a unique document that highlighted company culture, the Brandywine’s state-of-the-art buildings, and its commitment to the community.
